Driver Monitoring System (DMS)

The Driver Monitoring System (DMS) is an intelligent in-vehicle safety system that uses cameras and sensors to continuously monitor driver behavior and vigilance. Deep learning algorithms allow you to detect signs of fatigue, absent-mindedness or drowsiness of the driver and, in accordance with the settings, issue an alert about the need to prevent accidents. Appropriate warnings can be sent both to the operator's console and to the driver himself.



How DMS Works:

Hardware (sensors, cameras, integrations):
As a rule, it can be a combination of devices that include video surveillance cameras and infrared LEDs for monitoring a driver's face, eye movements, head position, and facial expressions, even in low light conditions. The system is also complemented by other devices, such as those linked to advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS). This ensures a comprehensive approach to ensuring the safety of drivers, vehicles, and cargo.
Behavioral analysis:
On-board software collects and analyzes data from the system to determine the driver's initial condition and identify deviations that may indicate distraction, fatigue, or absent-mindedness. This includes analyzing factors such as excessive blinking, squinting, unusual head turns or tilts.
Generating warnings:
Based on the data collected, the system can generate warnings to alert the driver of potential issues, such as drowsiness or distraction. These warnings can be displayed on the dashboard or in other convenient locations. The detection of anomalies from the expected behavior triggers alerts. These alerts can be in the form of physical signals, such as visual, auditory, or tactile (e.g., seat vibrations). When the MY GPS system interacts with the platform, any anomalies are recorded and transmitted to the operator's control panel, prompting them to take manual or automated actions to address the issue with the driver.

Advanced Driver-Assistance
Systems (ADAS)

Advanced Driver Assistance Systems are electronic systems that help drivers drive safely and reduce the risk of accidents. These systems use on-board equipment and software to analyze the traffic situation and warn drivers about potential dangers, such as collisions or fatigue.

Passive ADAS systems
warn drivers about existing dangers, such as the presence of another vehicle in the blind spot, the risk of leaving the lane or a frontal or rear collision, or ignoring road signs.
Active ADAS systems
have the ability to actively intervene in driving, such as an automatic emergency braking system or lane-keeping assist system.
Monitoring ADAS systems
monitor drivers' conditions, such as fatigue or inattention (DMS components are used in this case). This information can be used to alert drivers and help prevent accidents caused by driver distraction.
All data related to the operation of the ADAS system is recorded by MY GPS platform. This data can later be used to analyze the causes of accidents and to evaluate the performance of drivers (EcoDriving).

Traffic Management Solution
Deep learning algorithms enable intelligent traffic monitoring by collecting information about vehicles and analyzing the current condition of roads and infrastructure. Additionally, the system opens up opportunities to кecognize car registration plates, to identify detailed vehicle characteristics, to detect traffic violations. Incident Detection
The traffic incident detection system monitors road conditions and abnormalities in real-time, helping to manage incidents and ensuring efficient traffic flow.
Violation management
The violation detection system records the driver's direction and route, and detects violations of traffic rules by vehicles. Thus, it becomes possible to effectively reduce the number of road accidents. The work is based on the technology of multi-frame recognition and vehicle tracking to collect driving data.
Speed measurement

Road Payment Verification
The system ensures uninterrupted traffic flow in the payment collection sectors, for example, at toll collection points on the highway. Vehicle qualification
