Tasks Manager (PTM) module.

Fundamental elements

PTM allows you to manage the delivery process systematically, taking
into account all key parameters and deviations. These include:

Planned arrival time

This is the time by which the cargo must be delivered, calculated based on route, estimated speed, and scheduled stops. A more precise match between the actual and planned arrival times leads to a more predictable process and stable execution of deliveries. This parameter helps you understand in advance how many resources are needed to complete the delivery plan.

Actual time of arrival

This is when the cargo is actually delivered to the recipient. By comparing the planned and actual times, you can analyze the quality of your execution, identify system issues, and adjust routes and procedures for future deliveries.

Dynamic calculation of delivery times based on current route conditions

An online forecast of arrival times allows for quick changes: reviewing routes, changing the order or number of deliveries, and more.

Restrictions management

accounting for various conditions that may impact delivery, such as travel bans on specific routes, temperature restrictions, bans on stopping in certain zones, and other limitations.

Getting started.

To start the task, its needed to upload a route, select a transport or driver, set delivery conditions
and restrictions. There are 3 ways to upload a route:

Manually via the interface
Via API
By uploading a file.

Setting the conditions

There are two ways to set restrictions and conditions:

Via API
Manually through the interface

Responding to rejections

The system allows you to set the procedure for responding to any violations. At a simple level, these
are notifications that will arrive through the chosen channels. If necessary, you can create automatic
or semi-automatic handlers in the «Algorithms» module. This module also defines step-by-step response
actions: the system suggests actions to the operator, monitors the result and suggests a variant of the
next step.

Examples of actions that can be set in the system:

Automatic call to the specified number
Transcription of the call
Sending a command to the equipment
Issuing instructions to the operator

Operation of the
configured system.

After starting the route, the system monitors the movement of vehicles in real time and controls deliveries conditions compliance. The operator receives detailed information about the route including displaying the plan and the fact displaying on the map.
